- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – We are seeking licensed CNAs who are passionate about serving others and can provide hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility assistance, and post-surgical care. You will play a crucial role in a client's recovery and long-term health, helping them maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home. An active Maryland CNA license is required.
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – This role is for detail-oriented, well-organized professionals who can safely administer medications, document dosages, monitor client response, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medication management. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and peace of mind of our clients.
- Companion/HHA – As a companion caregiver, you will offer essential emotional support, engage in stimulating social activities, and assist with daily tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with seniors and disabled children.

What's Required of our Caregivers
We are committed to providing safe and reliable care to every family we serve. To join our trusted team, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Active Maryland License - An active Maryland CNA or CMT license is required for applicable roles.
- Clear Background Checks - We conduct thorough criminal background checks, employment checks, and require professional references to ensure the safety of our clients, their families, and their property.
- Compassionate & Professional Approach - We seek individuals who are dependable, empathetic, and committed to delivering a high standard of care at all times.
- Adherence to HIPAA compliance, state laws, and client privacy is required.

All caregivers are required to possess and maintain active CPR and First Aid Certifications.
