2. Service Agreements
All in-home care services provided by Angelic Home Care Solutions are governed by a written service agreement signed by both the client and a representative of Angelic Home Care Solutions. This agreement is a legal and binding contract that explicitly outlines the scope of care, responsibilities, payment terms, and other pertinent details.
Scope of Care: The service agreement will clearly define the specific services to be provided (e.g., CNA care, companion care), the schedule, and the duration of care.
Caregiver Licensing: Care is delivered exclusively by licensed and certified professionals, including CNAs, CMTs, and companion caregivers, as required by state law and professional standards.
Appointment Policy: In-person visits to our Lanham office are by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits to ensure the privacy and focused attention of our scheduled clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the provision of safe, effective, and professional care, clients and their families agree to the following:
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date health, contact, and emergency information.
Notification of Changes: Promptly notify Angelic Home Care Solutions of any changes in the client’s health, care needs, or schedule.
Safe Environment: Maintain a safe, healthy, and hazard-free environment for caregivers to perform their duties. This includes ensuring a clean workspace and managing any pets or other potential risks.
Respectful Conduct: Treat all caregivers and staff with respect and dignity. Any form of abuse, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
Angelic Home Care Solutions is deeply committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information.
HIPAA Compliance: All medical and health-related data is handled in strict accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable Maryland state laws.
Confidentiality: Our staff and caregivers are bound by a professional code of conduct and confidentiality agreements.

5. Payments & Insurance
Payment Methods: We currently accept private pay and may accept certain long-term care insurance or Medicaid waivers. Eligibility for insurance or Medicaid coverage will be confirmed during your initial consultation.
Billing: Payment terms and billing schedules are clearly outlined in each client’s service agreement.
Cancellations: Cancellations or schedule changes must be communicated in advance as outlined in your service agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fees. Late or missed payments may lead to service delays or additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Angelic Home Care Solutions provides services in strict adherence to Maryland licensing and regulatory standards. Our caregivers are trained to provide compassionate and professional care. However, we are not responsible for situations beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
Natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
Disruptions to third-party services, such as power outages or transportation issues.
Damage or injury to personal property that is not a result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by an Angelic Home Care Solutions caregiver.
